Catering Order Notes
Pacifico Bakery is the main supplier of rolls, buns, and bread. Prep, trays, foil, delivery, setup, serving, dinnerware, and condiments may cost extra. Weights are fresh before smoking and cooking. Pricing may change with the market. A nonrefundable deposit of 10% or $100 is required when scheduling or no later than two weeks before the event. Full payment is due the week or day of the event.

Pickup & Order Changes
Orders not picked up within 7 days of notification are charged $10 plus $3 per day beyond 7 days. Orders not picked up within 30 days are forfeited to Country Butcher, Inc. Once order sheets are completed and filed, a $5 fee may be added for calling and changing orders.

Deer Preparation & Care
Do not allow an unskinned deer to freeze. Do not skin a deer and allow it to become covered in hair or debris; both cause substantial extra work. Country Butcher may charge up to $25 per deer if it is not properly field dressed or gutted. Provide a clean, properly field-dressed, properly cooled, and properly stored deer.
